Job summary

VAM Systems in the UAE seeks an Oracle HRMS Consultant (IT & Digital Transformation) to lead end-to-end HRMS implementations and integrations. The role requires 5 years in HRIS/HRMS consulting within IT or SaaS and a technical focus in CS/IS or HR management.

You will drive data governance, analytics, and automation, working with Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, and BI tools to deliver strategic HR insights while ensuring GDPR and local compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or HR Management with a technical focus.
• Professional certification in a specific HRMS platform is highly preferred.
• 5 years in HRIS/HRMS consulting preferably within a high-growth IT or SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation cycles including requirement gathering system configuration data migration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify manual HR bottlenecks and design automated workflows for onboarding lifecycle management and global payroll integration.
• Act as Tier 3 support for complex system errors API integration failures and data discrepancies between the HRMS and other enterprise tools (ERP/CRM).
• Maintain data governance and security ensuring GDPR SOC2 compliance and local labor laws.
• Build custom dashboards and SQL-based reports to provide leadership with real-time insights into turnover diversity metrics and headcount planning.
• Manage relationships with software providers to stay ahead of roadmap updates and negotiate SLAs.
