Job summary

Savills Middle East seeks a Senior Transformation and Systems Business Partner to lead ERP/CRM-enabled transformation across the Middle East from Dubai. You will align COO, IT, Finance and HR with business units, drive adoption, and ensure benefits realisation across Salesforce, D365 F&O and D365 Sales.

With 5+ years in regional transformation, you will guide governance, manage budgets, and partner with delivery teams to achieve strategic outcomes in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Transformation & consulting experience essential.
• Minimum 5 years delivering ME transformation programmes.
• Experience with system integrator partnerships and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP-enabled transformation across ME regions (UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt).
• Own governance, budgets, RAID logs and sign-off processes.
• Act as senior business-side lead to delivery partners and vendors.
• Drive adoption, change management and CRM standards regionally.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure data readiness for go-live.
• Provide strategic technology input to leadership and roadmaps.
