Job summary

ITHR 360° CONSULTING FZE seeks an experienced Oracle HR Consultant for UAE/Oman deployments. You will lead implementation, configuration and ongoing support of Oracle HRMS and/or Oracle HCM Cloud across Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, and related modules, collaborating with HR teams to tailor solutions to business needs.

The role requires deep knowledge of HR processes, strong configuration skills, and ability to design secure, streamlined HR workflows within Oracle environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS (EBS) and/or Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion).
• Experience in implementation, configuration, and support of HR applications.
• Strong knowledge of HR modules and HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance and compensation management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HRMS (EBS) or Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Benefits.
• Conduct detailed business requirements analysis with HR teams and tailor Oracle HR solutions to meet needs.
• Configure HR modules to align with HR best practices and optimize system performance.
• Implement role-based security, workflow configurations and approval hierarchies to ensure compliance and seamless processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS (EBS) and/or Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), specifically in implementation, configuration, and support of HR applications.
• Oracle HR Modules:
  • Strong knowledge of key Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Talent Management, Learning Management, Absence Management, and Compensation Management.
  • Expertise in HR business processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation planning.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM and its advanced features like Talent Review, Oracle Social Sourcing, and AI-based Recruiting.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HRMS (E-Business Suite) or Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Conduct detailed business requirement analysis, collaborating with HR teams to understand their processes and tailor Oracle HR solutions to meet those needs.
• Configure HR modules to support business processes, aligning them with best practices while ensuring system optimization.
• Implement role-based security, workflow configurations, and approval hierarchies to ensure compliance and seamless processes.
