Q-Express Documents Transport - G25 is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee shift management at a fulfillment or delivery station within the UAE. You will lead safety initiatives, train Associates, and ensure orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include real-time labor allocation, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency in logistics operations.

Qualifikationen

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.
• High School diploma.
• Experience in a logistics/operations environment (preferred).

Description

You will oversee the shift management in one of our first mile fulfillment centers, middle mile sortation centers or final mile delivery stations. Our Operations Supervisors drive the pulse of our operations on the ground and play a key role in getting our customers orders out to them in every step of the chain.

This is a varied, challenging role and every day is different!

A day in the life

Your role centers on leading shift operations at one of our fulfillment centers, sorting or delivery stations. You'll start your shift by reviewing operational metrics and team assignments, then move through your work area connecting with your team members and identifying opportunities to enhance safety and efficiency. Throughout the day, you'll make real-time decisions about labor allocation, troubleshoot operational challenges, and collaborate with colleagues across different functions to solve problems. You might spend time coaching an associate on a new process, analyzing data to optimize workflow, or working with maintenance and quality teams to address equipment or process issues.
