Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Supervisor in the UAE to oversee shift operations across FC Operations. This role focuses on safe, efficient fulfillment and real-time decision making to keep orders moving from receipt to delivery.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, hold a high school diploma, and have experience in logistics or operations. You will lead associates, optimize labor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance.

Operations Supervisor | UAE National only, FC Operations

We’re expanding our team within Amazon Operations! If you’re interested in joining a business where you can have fun, achieve amazing results and put smiles on people’s faces, this could be the role for you.

You will oversee the shift management in one of our first mile fulfillment centers, middle mile sortation centers or final mile delivery stations. Our Operations Supervisors drive the pulse of our operations on the ground and play a key role in getting our customers’ orders out to them in every step of the chain.

A day in the life

Your role centers on leading shift operations at one of our fulfillment centers, sorting or delivery stations. You'll start your shift by reviewing operational metrics and team assignments, then move through your work area connecting with your team members and identifying opportunities to enhance safety and efficiency. Throughout the day, you'll make real-time decisions about labor allocation, troubleshoot operational challenges, and collaborate with colleagues across different functions to solve problems. You might spend time coaching an associate on a new process, analyzing data to optimize workflow, or working with maintenance and quality teams to address equipment or process issues.

Basic Qualifications

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
