• Oversee shift operations across fulfillment centers, sortation centers, or delivery stations.
• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and resolving workplace safety risks.
• Supervise, guide, and train associates to improve team productivity and service quality.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in line with operational quality standards.
• Provide critical shift updates and operational reports to frontline management and leadership teams.
• Adjust labor allocation during shifts to meet workload demands, forecasts, and service targets.
• Coordinate with support functions and other departments to resolve daily operational issues.
• Monitor key areas such as process readiness, safety, and employee training.
• Use operational data to identify logistics improvement opportunities and process optimization plans.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and delivery operations.
