Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers responsible for daily warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Lead operational shifts and resolve issues affecting performance, safety, and productivity.
• Analyze shift performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve operational outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives across safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security teams to support operational performance.
• Develop and implement initiatives that improve site efficiency and operational processes.
• Conduct deep-Dive analysis of performance and risk metrics to support decision-making.
• Coordinate operational planning to prepare for varying levels of customer demand and peak periods.
• Mentor and coach leadership teams to strengthen management capabilities across operations.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across fulfillment center processes.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
