Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya operates coffee equipment outlets, including Kafu Solution. We seek an outlet operations professional to manage daily business performance, drive sales of coffee machines and parts, and coordinate service and maintenance.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales and operations, leadership ability, and strong customer service skills to meet targets in a fast-paced UAE environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, sales, marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales and operations experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee machines, equipment and spare parts is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations for smooth business performance
• Drive sales of commercial coffee machines, equipment, accessories and spare parts
• Coordinate repair and preventive maintenance with the technical service team
• Supervise and support sales and maintenance teams to meet targets
• Monitor inventory levels and product and spare parts availability
• Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, installations and after-sales service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and service requests promptly
• Prepare quotations, invoices, sales reports and operational reports
• Work with suppliers, logistics partners and internal departments
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality and health and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
• 3-5 years of sales and operations experience
• Knowledge of commercial coffee machines, equipment and spare parts preferred
• Experience coordinating machine repair, maintenance and technical service
• Strong leadership, organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong customer service, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales or inventory management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
