Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for a sales and customer service representative to join our coffee shop team. This position is open exclusively to Female UAE Nationals who are passionate about customer service, sales, and guest experiences.

You will welcome customers, promote products, handle inquiries, and process payments while keeping the shop clean and presentable. Prior retail/hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) - Female.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, coffee shops, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
