Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in coffee machines or commercial equipment.
• Bachelor degree in business administration.
• Proven sales, business development and customer acquisition experience.
• Experience in branch management and staff supervision.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience dealing with suppliers and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets
• Visit cafés, restaurants, hotels and offices to promote and sell coffee machines and equipment
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
• Manage day-to-day branch operations and supervise staff
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, purchase orders and delivery
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and after-sales support
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, invoices and branch performance reviews
