Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C. seeks an experienced Outlet Manager to lead its Kafu Solutions unit in Al Ain. The role focuses on field sales of coffee machines, staff management, and supplier coordination to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in field sales, business development, and customer acquisition, with strong leadership and organizational skills. A UAE driving license is preferred and immediate joiner is welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field sales of coffee machines or related equipment.
• Bachelor degree in business administration.
• Proven experience in sales, business development and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
• Visit potential customers such as cafés, restaurants, hotels, and offices to promote and sell coffee machines.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Promote company products and manage branch operations and staff.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and stock management.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations and invoices; monitor branch performance.
