Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya operates coffee equipment outlets, including Kafu Solution. We seek an outlet operations professional to manage daily business performance, drive sales of coffee machines and parts, and coordinate service and maintenance.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales and operations, leadership ability, and strong customer service skills to meet targets in a fast-paced UAE environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, sales, marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales and operations experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee machines, equipment and spare parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations for smooth business performance.
• Drive sales of commercial coffee machines, equipment, accessories and spare parts.
• Coordinate repair and preventive maintenance with the technical service team.
• Supervise and support sales and maintenance teams to meet targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and product and spare parts availability.
• Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, installations and after-sales service.
