Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C. in Al Ain is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead its Kafu Solutions unit. You will drive field sales of coffee machines, manage staff and branch operations, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in field sales and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with strong leadership and customer relationship skills. UAE driving license preferred; visa support provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in coffee machines or related equipment.
• Bachelor degree in business administration.
• Proven experience in sales, business development and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Sales and business development to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Field visits to cafés, restaurants, hotels and offices to promote equipment.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
• Promote company coffee machines, equipment and accessories.
• Manage day-to-day branch activities and staff performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers for orders, pricing and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory and ensure product availability.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle inquiries.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations and invoices; monitor branch performance.
• Monitor market trends and suggest growth strategies.
