Job summary

Amazon Now Operations is seeking an experienced Team Lead in Dubai to drive field rollout, CIR ownership, and stakeholder management across multiple last-mile sites. You will partner with Operations Executives to mitigate risks and ensure policy adherence.

The role requires 1+ years in customer-facing environments, warehousing or logistics, and fluency in Arabic and English. This full-time position is based in the United Arab Emirates with on-site work in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate community risks in partnership with site teams and OEs.

Key job responsibilities

We're seeking a Team Lead for Amazon Now Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Community Ops Expansion Management — Drive the on-the-ground rollout of CommOps standard work across all AmazonNow and last-mile sites in their respective country.
• CIR Ownership & Resolution — Own the end-to-end Community Issue Resolution (CIR) workflow for their country: capturing inbound community complaints, assigning owners, tracking resolution to closure, and routing root causes back to operations teams to prevent recurrence.
• Stakeholder Relationship & Escalation Management — Serve as the primary point of contact for building management teams and security personnel across all sites. Conduct weekly engagements to maintain open communication channels, log all interactions as structured tickets, and prevent escalations before they surface externally. This is critical in a region where our high-risk store count demands visits every two days in some cases.
• Risk Mitigation in Partnership with Site Teams — Work closely with Operations Executives (OEs) and Area Managers to identify and resolve community risks proactively — including dwell control, parking violations, and noise concerns — before they escal

A day in the life

We are looking to hire an Operations Lead to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, run 3P Store Operations and Delivery Service Partners (DSP) on last mile. You will ensure Amazon policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented and administered fairly and consistently.

This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback of associates’ performance – including under the roof/on the road productivity, quality, and safety - as a means for achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations.
