Job summary

Top Notch Consultancy is hiring an Operations Executive for a leading logistics and shipping company in Dubai to oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate teams, partners, and clients to ensure smooth movement of goods and efficient service delivery.

In this role you will manage operations, ensure policy compliance, coordinate transportation, warehousing and customs clearance, and drive process improvements while maintaining excellent customer service and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding operations.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
