Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a Logistics Specialist to coordinate shipments and deliveries, plan schedules, and liaise with drivers, warehouses, and freight forwarders.

You will track shipments, prepare documents, and monitor costs, with 2–5 years of UAE logistics experience and a degree in a related field. Strong Excel and communication skills are required; UAE driving license is an advantage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments, transportation, collections, and deliveries.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Coordinate with drivers, transport companies, warehouses, suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
• Prepare and verify invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, shipping documents, and other logistics records.
• Coordinate import/export shipments and customs documentation where required.
• Monitor delays, discrepancies, and delivery issues and arrange timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate shipment, vehicle, and delivery records.
• Monitor transportation costs and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports for management.
