Job summary

X L N C SHIPPING & LOGISTICS SERVICES LLC in Dubai is seeking an operations executive to manage day-to-day freight forwarding activities, including documentation, reporting and coordination with shipping lines, customers and internal teams.

The role requires accuracy, timely online submission of customs documents, MIS reporting, and the ability to multitask, stay organized under pressure, and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or customs clearance preferred.
• Good knowledge of shipping logistics documentation.
• Familiar with online portals for document submission.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• UAE experience in freight forwarding logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operational activities and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS and operational reports.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, transporters and service providers.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of customs documents online.
• Support other departments as required and assist during peak periods.

We are looking for a responsible organized and proactive operations executive to join our freight forwarding and logistics team in DubaiThe candidate will be responsible for handling day to day operational activities documentation reporting and cordination with shipping lines customers and internal departments key responsibilities passing and submitting shipping customs documents online accurately on time preparing and maintaining dailly MIS reports and operational reports cordinating with shipping companies customers transporters other service providers following up on shipments and ensuring smooth completion of faily operations maintaining complete and accurate records of all operational activities providing complete daily reporting to managementmanaging assigned work efficiently and meeting dadlines Planning and managing time properly to ensure all tasks are completed within working hours Handling additional responsibilities assigned by management and supporting other departments when required Being flexible and willing to take up different operational or administrative tasks as required by the company Ensuring all work is completed accurately professionaly and within the required timelines

Requirements
