Job summary

Techsys Technology LLC in Dubai is seeking a Service Center Coordinator to manage the end-to-end service workflow for retail automation devices, from intake to repair and delivery. The role acts as the central contact between technical staff, customers, resellers, sales, accounts, and logistics.

The ideal candidate will coordinate site visits, manage service intake, track repairs, and provide timely status updates.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in technical, business administration, or related field.
Prior experience in a service center, technical support coordination, or after-sales service role preferred.
Experience in retail automation, POS, or IT hardware service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end service workflow for retail automation devices from intake to repair.
Coordinate site visits with technical staff and liaise with customers and resellers.
Track repair status and coordinate with manufacturers’ service centers as needed.
Provide status updates to end users, resellers, and sales teams.
Prepare quotations and obtain Local Purchase Orders from customers.
Coordinate sales orders and payments with accounts and the manufacturer’s service center.
Arrange logistics for delivery of serviced items and collection of faulty items.
Communicate job card status to customers and monitor inventory and demo stock.
