Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in technical coordination, facilities management, maintenance, or site operations.
• Good understanding of building maintenance and MEP-related works is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily technical and maintenance activities at project sites.
• Prepare and update work schedules, timelines, and maintenance plans.
• Coordinate between technicians, supervisors, contractors, clients, and internal departments.
• Follow up on maintenance requests, repair works, and technical issues to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved specifications and requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective action.
• Maintain technical documents, work orders, maintenance records, reports, and other site documentation.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and provide updates to management.
• Coordinate the procurement and availability of required tools, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor the quality of completed works and ensure compliance with safety procedures and technical standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers and follow up on their work progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report any technical or maintenance concerns.
• Ensure proper communication and information flow between site and management teams.
• Perform other technical coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
