Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Install, maintain IT equipment and manage user accounts and system security.
• Coordinate IT projects, manage licenses, warranties and backups.
• Document IT procedures, configurations and troubleshooting guides.
