Job summary

Riders Choice in Dubai is seeking a reliable Motorcycle Technician Service Coordinator to perform basic inspections, visit customer locations, and coordinate pickups and workshop transfers. You will communicate findings clearly and maintain accurate records of each job.

The role requires practical motorcycle knowledge, an UAE driving license, and the ability to drive a van safely while engaging with customers in English.

Qualifications

• Basic motorcycle inspection and maintenance knowledge.
• UAE driving license required.
• Ability to drive a van safely and visit customer sites.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic motorcycle checks and inspections
• Check battery tyres brakes chain oil level lights horn leaks and general condition
• Visit customer locations for scheduled motorcycle care and inspection visits
• Take photos and record motorcycle condition clearly
• Explain findings to customers in a simple and professional way
• Drive the company van for motorcycle pickup delivery and workshop transfers
• Load, secure and unload motorcycles safely
• Coordinate with garages and workshops for service, repair, parts and updates
• Follow up until each job is completed
• Keep accurate records of work done, issues found, photos and next actions
• Report urgent issues, delays, damage or safety concerns immediately; maintain a professional and trustworthy attitude with customers and partners
