Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Interface Manager to lead and coordinate interface activities during detail engineering and site execution. You will act as the primary contact among internal teams, EPC contractors, and end users to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective integration of project interfaces.

You will oversee interface registers, IP databases, and regular interface meetings while contributing to pre-commissioning and commissioning planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification Must be a 4 years bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven skills and experience in brown field and green field projects.
• Minimum twenty (20+) years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, incl. GCC region and 5+ years in similar role.
• Experience in international Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• Experience with multiple packages for FEED and EPC Projects.
• 5+ years in ADNOC project is required.
• Offshore and Brownfield project experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of engineering standards in project execution.
• Promote teamwork in a multicultural workforce.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project interfaces with EPC contractor and Company.
• Lead interface meetings and ensure timely battery limit tie-ins.
• Maintain IP databases and interface registers.
• Review project scope and execution plans for interfaces.
• Organize interface meetings with internal and external parties.
