Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks a Lead Interface Engineer to drive project interfaces during FEED/EPC, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and ensuring timely interfaces across battery limits and tie-ins. On-site leadership of technical and coordination activities is essential.

The role requires 15+ years in Oil & Gas, GCC experience preferred, and strong leadership in multi-discipline teams with FEED/EPC exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas/Petrochemical experience.
• At least 5 years in a similar interface leadership role on major projects.
• Experience in FEED & EPC phases; GCC region preferred.
• Promotes multi-cultural teamwork and timely interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead project interfaces and coordinate internal/external stakeholders.
• Establish interface registers and ensure timely battery limit tie-ins.
• Chair interface meetings and monitor progress with reporting to Process/Commissioning Manager.
• Review scope and strategies to align interfaces with project objectives.
• Maintain data and ensure adherence to safety and engineering standards.
