Worley is seeking an Interface Manager based in Abu Dhabi to lead project interfaces during detail engineering and site execution. The role requires coordinating with EPC contractors, internal teams and external stakeholders to manage technical and schedule interfaces across multiple packages.

You will oversee the interface deliverables, maintain interface registers, support HAZOPs, ensure timely drawings and documentation, and drive smooth handovers during brownfield and greenfield activities

Qualifikationen

• Must be a 4 years bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven skills and experience in brown field and green field projects.
• A bachelor’s degree in any/relevant Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with minimum twenty (20+) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region.
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for international Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• Experience of working with Multiple packages for FEED and EPC Projects
• 5+ Experience in ADNOC project is Required
• Offshore and Brown field Project Experience is Mandatory
• Experience in Project execution and knowledge of engineering standards is preferred.
• Promote team working and productive operating climate with a multi-cultural, multi-national workforce.

Aufgaben

• Interface Manager leads coordination of Project Interfaces with EPC Contractor and Company.
• Establish and chair regular interface meetings between EPC Contractor and Company.
• Coordinate operations, material handling operations and turnaround teams for interface activities.
• Provide monthly and weekly progress reports and proactively identify interface issues.
• Maintain interface point registers and ensure timely completion of the battery limit tie-ins.
• Oversee design alignment with Borouge facilities and participate in Interface HAZOP.
• Coordinate site and FEED/EPC contractor interfaces and ensure timely documentation.
