Job summary

Worley is seeking a Lead Interface Engineer – Drilling for offshore projects in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate interfaces across drilling, completion, workover and abandonment activities and ensure safe, timely execution in line with approved programs and HSE standards.

The role requires extensive experience in offshore drilling and interface leadership, with GCC exposure and PMC/FEED/EPC familiarity. Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• Minimum 5 years in GCC region in similar roles.
• Experience leading interface/drilling/well operations on major offshore projects.
• ADNOC & Offshore project experience preferred; PMC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate interfaces between drilling operations, offshore facilities, engineering and projects.
• Ensure drilling and operations align with approved programs, schedules, budgets and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate rig requirements, manpower, equipment and logistics for offshore activities.
• Develop and maintain interface registers, requests and action trackers.
• Promote compliance with ADNOC requirements and industry standards.
