Job summary

Worley is seeking an Interface Manager to oversee all interface activities during detail engineering at the home office and site execution. The role coordinates with internal teams, EPC contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth design interfaces across multiple packages.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven skills and experience in brown field and green field projects.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project interfaces across multiple packages.
• Lead regular interface meetings between EPC Contractor and Worley to drive alignment.
• Ensure timely completion of battery limit tie‑ins and related interface deliverables.
• Maintain IP Databases and interface point registers for interdependencies.
• Oversee pre‑commissioning and commissioning procedures across systems to ensure readiness.
• Coordinate with FEED/EPC contractor and stakeholders to avoid schedule slippage and resolve issues.
