Job summary

Worley is seeking a Lead Interface Engineer in Abu Dhabi to oversee all interface activities during FEED and EPC phases, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors. The role requires strong leadership and extensive experience in oil & gas projects.

The candidate will manage interface point registers, monitor IP databases, and ensure timely progress through regular reporting. A GCC region background is preferred, with emphasis on offshore/onshore integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 15+ years of oil & gas or petrochemical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar interface leadership role on major projects.
• Experience in FEED & EPC phases and project execution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external interfaces, coordinating with contractor and company.
• Organize and lead interface meetings; track closure of interface actions.
• Monitor IP databases and maintain interface point registers; ensure schedule alignment.
