Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team seeks an experienced Interface Manager to identify, coordinate, and resolve project interfaces across multiple disciplines in a major offshore project in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the focal point among the Client, PMC, EPC contractors, vendors, and operations teams.

The role requires leading coordination across Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, Civil and Structural disciplines, ensuring interface requirements, deliverables, and boundaries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized university.
• Significant experience in Oil & Gas EPC/PMC projects, preferably offshore facilities.
• Strong experience in interface management and multidisciplinary engineering coordination.
• Knowledge of EPC lifecycle: FEED to commissioning.
• Experience on ADNOC Offshore projects would be advantageous.
• Experience coordinating multiple EPC contractors, vendors and third parties.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan (IMP).
• Establish and maintain the Interface Register with actions.
• Coordinate interfaces across Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, Civil and Structural.
• Facilitate interface coordination meetings and close actions.
• Coordinate interfaces through engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and start-up.
• Support management of technical queries, design clarifications, and constructability issues.
• Identify interface-related risks and mitigation measures.
• Maintain interface documentation and status reporting.
