Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience; oncology/biosimilars preferred.
• Experience working with oncologists, hematologists, oncology pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Hospital and institutional account management experience.
• Strong clinical and scientific acumen; advanced presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve oncology sales and market share objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists and key stakeholders in cancer centers and hospitals.
• Conduct scientific discussions and product presentations supporting appropriate product utilization.
• Identify patient access barriers and work cross-functionally to develop solutions.
• Analyze territory performance, customer insights, competitor activities and market trends.
• Plan and support scientific meetings, educational events and congress activities.
• CRM management, compliance activities, reporting and administrative responsibilities.
