Job summary

Abbott in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Oncology Therapy Specialist to drive oncology business growth from our Dubai office within Established Pharmaceuticals. You will build scientific partnerships with oncologists and related healthcare professionals, enable access initiatives, and execute territory strategies to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires 4–6 years of pharma experience with oncology or biosimilars preferred, strong data interpretation, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Oncolog y or biosimilars experience preferred.
Strong clinical and scientific acumen.
Advanced presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a highly specialized environment.

Responsibilities

Execute territory business plans to achieve oncology sales and market share objectives.
Maintain relationships with oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists and key stakeholders in cancer centers and hospitals.
Lead scientific discussions and product presentations for appropriate product utilization.
Identify patient access barriers and collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions.
Monitor territory performance, insights, competitor activities and market trends.
Support scientific meetings, educational events and congress activities.
