Job summary

The role requires 4–6 years in pharma, oncology experience preferred, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve sustainable growth and improved patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Oncology or biosimilars experience preferred.
• Experience with oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plans to achieve oncology sales and market share objectives.
• Build relationships with oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists, and stakeholders in cancer centers and hospitals.
• Conduct scientific discussions and product presentations to support appropriate product utilization.
• Identify patient access barriers and work cross-functionally to develop solutions.
• Analyze territory performance, customer insights, and market trends.
• Plan and support scientific meetings and congress activities.
• CRM management, compliance, reporting, and administrative responsibilities.
