BD in the UAE seeks a driven Key Account Manager to lead growth across oncology and other high-value segments. You will manage strategic accounts, develop regional plans, and ensure alignment with BD’s clinical and commercial goals.

You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers, train distributors, and coordinate with internal teams to deploy product launches and market development initiatives in UAE, Jordan, Cyprus, and Malta.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in medical/healthcare discipline.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in Medical Devices.
• Key Account Management experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and business management skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent team player with interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage and build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in key accounts.
• Subject matter expert for Oncology platform and regionally responsible for UAE, Jordan, Cyprus and Malta.
• Drive customer centricity and regional sales growth.
