Job summary

Transguard Group in Dubai is seeking a Specialized Facilitator - eLearning to join the Onboarding Team in Jebel Ali. You will manage day-to-day L&D operations, coordinate training schedules, track learner progress and maintain records to support career growth and capability development.

Your responsibilities include optimizing resources, reducing training waste, promoting upskilling, and ensuring digital and face-to-face delivery aligns with learner needs and development frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in L&D administration, HR operations, or training coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple training schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with site-based employees and managers.
• Analytical mindset for conducting training gap analyses and advising career development options.

Responsibilities

• Optimize resource allocation by planning and scheduling training based on trainers, facilities, and digital tools.
• Support cost efficiency in L&D programs by tracking participation and progress, reducing waste.
• Contribute to business performance by enabling upskill, improving retention, and productivity.
• Act as the first point of contact for site-based employees regarding training schedules and progress.
• Reach out proactively to potential learners across the business to promote training opportunities.
• Ensure training delivery (digital and face-to-face) aligns with learner needs and career frameworks.
• Administer and uphold the L&D framework, maintaining training records, attendance, and progress.
