Job summary

Sacoor Brothers in Dubai is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning across digital and in-person platforms for Retail and Corporate teams.

The role involves creating onboarding, leadership, sales, customer experience, operational, and compliance training, plus managing the LMS and reporting on training KPIs. Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in Learning & Development, Training or Talent Development.
• Strong experience creating e-learning and classroom training content.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis, stakeholder meetings, and operational requirements.
• Develop annual training calendars and learning roadmaps for Retail and Corporate teams.
• Create onboarding, leadership, sales, customer experience, operational, and compliance training programs.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning content and digital learning journeys.
• Create interactive training materials including videos, presentations, quizzes, assessments, guides, and microlearning modules.
• Manage and update LMS platforms and online training libraries.
• Deliver face-to-face training sessions, workshops, inductions, and group learning activities.
• Facilitate training sessions for Retail teams, Store Managers, and Corporate employees.
• Organize training logistics including scheduling, attendance tracking, training rooms, materials, and communication.
• Monitor training completion rates, learner engagement, and training effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly training reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with HR, Retail Operations, and Department Managers to align learning initiatives with business priorities.
• Research new learning trends, digital tools, and innovative training methodologies.
• Continuously improve training materials and learning experiences based on feedback and operational needs.
• Support regional training initiatives, assessment centers, and talent development projects when required.
