Job summary

Keolis is seeking a Senior Training Supervisor in Dubai to oversee Training Supervisors, coordinate across Training, CMS and digital learning, and ensure compliance with quality standards. You will lead corrective actions and deputise for the Training Manager when needed.

Responsibilities include implementing the Annual Training Plan, monitoring training effectiveness, and coordinating with department heads to deliver high-impact programmes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in railway/metro or engineering environments, 5 preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a training environment and team leadership.
• Experience coordinating across departments and with stakeholders.
• Dubai Metro/tram experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Training Strategy and Annual Training Plan.
• Monitor compliance and effectiveness of training programmes.
• Lead training governance, assessment, and quality assurance.
• Supervise Training Supervisors and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews related to training.
