Job summary

You will collaborate with site teams, develop tailored safety protocols, monitor performance metrics, and deliver transparent reporting while promoting a proactive safety culture across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in safety, health, and environment roles with demonstrated site supervision and operational responsibilities.
• Proven track record conducting safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations in construction, industrial, or similar environments.
• Hands-on experience working in multicultural, site-based operational settings with diverse workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site inspections and audits to identify hazards and opportunities for improvement, with thorough documentation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor customized safety protocols and programs for site operations.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses with evidence-based corrective actions and follow-up.
