Job summary

Alfazone businessmen services, based in Dubai, seeks a Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth on-site. You will identify new opportunities, qualify leads, conduct market analysis, and build strong client relationships, while coordinating with internal teams to tailor offerings and close deals.

You will maintain CRM records, report on activities, and support management in refining growth strategies to boost brand visibility in the GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and market research abilities to identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven lead generation experience and track record converting prospects.
• Customer-focused with ability to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Dubai or GCC experience preferred; on-site work capability and multitasking.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Alfazone.
• Generate and qualify leads, conduct market research on trends and competitors.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, tailor offerings with internal teams.
