Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Digital Solutions & Platforms Manager to accelerate digital transformation across the Middle East markets, spanning Digital, Retail, Client Experience and Technology. You will drive adoption of CHANEL's digital ecosystem and collaborate with Europe to explore future capabilities and innovation opportunities.

In this role you will deploy new digital capabilities, act as customer success lead, and translate business needs into actionable use cases to nourish roadmaps.

• Support deployment of new digital capabilities and pilots with a test/learn/measure approach.
• Act as customer success manager driving adoption of digital platforms across org.
• Translate business needs into clear use cases and requirements for roadmaps.
• Bridge Local & Europe teams and coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Phase rollouts according to market maturity and business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client, employee and business experiences via technology.
• Support Europe transformation agenda with a test-and-learn mindset.
