GRIEBS PROPERTIES LLC is seeking an Off-Plan Property Consultant in Dubai to provide expert guidance on off-plan real estate investments. You will focus on selling off-plan properties, staying abreast of market trends, and helping clients make informed investment decisions.

The role requires strong sales and negotiation skills, deep knowledge of the Dubai property market, and a customer-centric approach to close deals and build lasting relationships with developers and investors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with off-plan properties.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market and its legal frameworks.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages is a plus).
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their investment goals.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the best off-plan property investment opportunities based on their needs and budget.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in the Dubai real estate market, especially related to off-plan developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and other real estate professionals.
• Arrange property viewings and facilitate meetings with developers and clients.
• Provide clients with clear and transparent information on property developments, pricing, payment plans, and potential returns on investment.
• Ensure that all legal requirements and documentation for off-plan sales are handled correctly.
• Work closely with marketing teams to promote off-plan properties.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
