Rightvaluerealestate in UAE is seeking a driven Property Consultant – Off Plan to join our growing team. You will specialize in selling off-plan properties, build strong client relationships, and aim for sales targets with deep market knowledge and professional service.

You will promote off-plan projects from UAE developers, conduct consultations, manage CRM records, and stay updated on launches and payment plans to guide investors to informed decisions in a commission-driven environment.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of UAE real estate experience, off-plan preferred.
• Proven sales or customer service track record.
• Knowledge of UAE developers, projects and off-plan trends.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, commission-based environment.
• RERA certification (Dubai) or willingness to obtain it.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from UAE developers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors and developers.
• Generate leads through networks, referrals and campaigns.
• Conduct consultations to align investments with client needs.
• Arrange and attend property presentations, launches and exhibitions.
• Follow up to close deals and foster long-term relationships.
• Stay updated on new project launches, payment plans and trends.
• Negotiate terms and finalize sales in line with policies.
• Maintain CRM records of client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations.
