Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an experienced Off-Plan Specialist to drive sales of off-plan properties across Dubai, AD, and RAK.

You will advise clients, present projects, negotiate terms, and manage the full sales cycle, with strong commission-based earnings and support from marketing and admin teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dubai real estate, preferably off-plan sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Off-Plan Specialist to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients and investors on off-plan property opportunities in Dubai/AD and RAK
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Stay up to date with new project launches, developers, payment plans and market trends
• Present suitable projects based on client requirements and investment objectives
• Conduct property presentations and client meetings
• Negotiate terms and successfully close transactions
• Manage the full sales process from initial consultation to completion
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts

Requirements

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate, preferably within off-plan sales
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong sales and closing abilities
• Self-motivated, ambitious and target-oriented
• Professional level of English
• UAE real estate experience is required
• UAE driving licence is an advantage
