Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all night operations and front office staff.
• Ensure safety, security, and incident reporting.
• Prepare nightly reports and handover notes for day staff.
• Greet VIP guests and manage guest relations overnight.
• Maintain front desk auditing and night team administration.
• Supervise late arrivals and early departures to ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
