Job summary

Andaz Dubai The Palm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Front Office (Night) to supervise overnight front desk operations, ensure seamless guest experiences, and maintain the high service standards the brand is known for.

You will lead the night team, handle guest concerns with professionalism, coordinate with security, housekeeping and food & beverage, and ensure accurate handovers to the day shift while upholding safety and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Front Office experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to lead night operations with confidence.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, guest relations, customer service, and hotel operating procedures including emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office operations throughout the night shift.
• Deliver an exceptional and seamless guest experience.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Support the Front Office team while ensuring operational standards are maintained.
• Ensure an efficient and accurate handover to the day shift team.
