Job summary

Andaz Dubai The Palm invites an experienced Assistant Manager - Reservations to lead guest services within the Rooms Division. You will ensure an excellent, consistent level of service for all customers and support smooth reception operations in a bustling luxury hotel environment.

Ideal candidate holds hospitality management credentials, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a minimum of three years in hotel operations. This role is full-time, based on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
