Job summary

St. Regis Dubai is seeking an experienced front desk associate to process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms and issue keys. You will enter loyalty information and ensure rate accuracy, while balancing cash and preparing daily reports.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, coordinating with staff, and maintaining security and service quality in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None
• Arabic speaker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure rates match market codes.
• Balance and drop receipts, and complete cashier/closing reports.
• Assist guests with directions, requests, and staff coordination as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety and accounting procedures.
