Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and issuing room key.
• Set up accurate accounts for each guest and enter Marriott Rewards information; balance and review daily reports.
• Secure payment prior to issuing room key; handle payments, vouchers and charges; follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist management in training and coaching employees; maintain professionalism and uphold policies.
