Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai's Palm Jumeirah seeks a Front Desk Cashier/Guest Services Associate.

This non-management, full-time position handles cashiering, guest check-ins, reservations, and ensuring accurate room charges in the computer system. You will liaise with bellstaff, housekeeping, and other departments to resolve guest requests, maintain logbooks, and ensure a high standard of service while upholding brand policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
• Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
• Assist with guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying identity, and issuing room keys.
• Sell rooms based on availability and ensure nightly rates match market codes.
• Coordinate with Bellperson/Housekeeping to resolve guest requests and issues.
