Job summary

LINKED HR FOR HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCIES CO. L.L.C. in Dubai is seeking an NI Sales Representative with HVAC industry experience to drive growth in the elevator and escalator sector.

This role focuses on end-to-end sales from proposal to project delivery, with regular coordination with installation teams and key industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a engineering degree, a UAE driving license, and solid communication skills to build and sustain long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• 2–3 years in a sales role, preferably in a technical or related industry.
• Experience in HVAC sales is required.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Familiarity with the Dubai market and proven experience working in Dubai.
• Experience in elevator and/or escalator sales is preferred.

• Initiate customer engagement, negotiate contracts, ensure documentation complies with policies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in line with objectives and guidelines.
• Coordinate with installation team to ensure timely project delivery.
• Address customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and developers to promote products.
• Drive customer acquisition while strengthening long-term client relationships.
• Manage collections in accordance with contractual payment terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from proposal stage through project execution and final handover to the customer.
• Initiate customer engagement, negotiate new contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with company commercial policies and procedures.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in line with business objectives and internal guidelines.
• Work closely with the installation team into ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
• Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, developers, and other key industry stakeholders to promote products and secure future opportunities.
