Job summary

Tanqeeb in the UAE is seeking an NI Sales Representative with elevator/escalator experience to join our Dubai office. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage customers, and drive new opportunities in a dynamic market.

The role requires 2–3 years in sales, a degree in engineering, and a UAE driving license. You will collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in HVAC sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a technical or related industry.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Familiarity with the Dubai market and proven experience working in Dubai.
• Experience in elevator and/or escalator sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from proposal through project delivery and final handover to the customer.
• Initiate customer engagement, negotiate contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with company policies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in line with business objectives and internal guidelines.
• Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
• Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to promote products and secure opportunities.
• Drive customer acquisition while strengthening long-term client relationships and loyalty.
• Manage collections in accordance with contractual payment terms for each project.
