Job summary

TECH FIRST GROUP in Dubai, UAE seeks a mid-level Technical Presales Engineer to drive H3C Networking, Security, Computing, Storage, and Cloud solutions through channel partners and customers. The role focuses on solution design, technical proposals, product demonstrations, PoCs, and strong customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of ICT/Networking Presales experience preferred in distribution or SI environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking, wireless, security, servers, storage, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with networking, wireless, server, and storage products is advantageous.
• Ability to design solutions, prepare BoQs, proposals, and respond to RFP/RFQ.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into solution architectures.
• Design and propose Networking, Security, Computing, Storage, and Cloud solutions.
• Provide presales support to channel partners, resellers, and sales teams.
• Prepare BoQs, technical proposals, HLD/LLD, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Conduct customer/partner presentations, product demos, and PoCs.
• Coordinate with technical teams and partners for validation and support.
• Provide partner enablement, training, and solution guidance.
• Support sales in opportunity development and competitive analysis.
